About the Role

The role will be responsible for managing e-commerce sales and digital marketing platforms of our audio products in the Australia and New Zealand markets. He or she will work closely with our internal and distributor teams, to execute online sales and marketing activities.

Your Team

In this role, you will report directly to the National Sales Manager with a dotted line to the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager.


What You Will Do

  • Work collaboratively to support (when necessary) Ecom and marketing teams to lead strategy with local Digital Agency across paid campaigns and SEO to provide the best consumer experience across platforms ensuring campaign or yearly KPIs are met.
  • Evolve and maintain ANZ ecommerce dashboards and provide ongoing sales reporting and analysis, focusing on ROI, conversion rate and other marketing KPI’s as well as measure and report on the effectiveness of the campaigns to further improve E-Commerce metrics.
  • Manage and grow customer database through acquisition campaigns, brand partnerships, and innovate strategies as well as newsletter subscriptions and warranty registration.
  • Planning and creative briefing of new customer journeys using data to drive decision making on new Harman CRM system.
  • Working with global Harman E Commerce team on global roll outs of new systems and site upgrades.
  • Back-end customer service escalations from Customer Service team of customer enquiries related to purchases, warranty enquiries, delivery, issues on website and payments to ensure Harman AUNZ NPS Scores are maintained.
  • Working closely with Amazon Key Account Manager to manage Amazon advertising strategy to align with sales targets and product focuses. Brief digital agency to ensure optimisation of advertising assets and performance across site for both BAU and key sales periods including Prime Day.
  • Work with Key Account Managers to enhance JBL’s online visibility on retail websites to assist with conversion of JBL products.
  • Monthly forecasting and inventory management with Harman demand planners to ensure steady stock availability for E-Commerce platform.
  • Managing all B2B orders and enquiries received from various sources including pricing and order placement.
  • Manage Harman Refurbishment program with QSL and Demand planners to ensure promotion and sales of refurb stock via Ebay and Harman websites.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce, Digital or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related role or field.
  • Knowledge of Sales Force Commerce Cloud or similar CMS system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) is a must.

What is Nice to Have

  • Experience in managing and successfully growing ecommerce stores.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong project management skills including: conceptualisation, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives.
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries.
