Service Desk Executive ( 4 years Experience)

What to expect

  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with all tasks involved in managing a help desk.
  • Good hands-on experience Service Now service Desk tool.
  • Knowledge on Solarwinds monitoring tool.
  • Opportunity to practice and teach customer service and effective communication to fellow employees.
  • Working with the guidance of professionals and seniors.
  • Exposure to the field of customer service and all its facets.
  • ITIL certificate is preferred.
  • Good documentation skills on preparing SOP.
  • Good knowledge on CAB process, change management.
  • Good experience in handling major incidents, Service Request, Change tickets and able to prepare reports.
  • Experience in monitoring tools like nagios and solariwind,

Responsibilities

  • Run the help desk,  asset supply, and deployment and vendor management
  • Receive and respond to IT queries promptly
  • Manage asset inventory
  • Assist employees as when required, with technical issues; document incidents for future reference
  • Collaborate with internal partners to implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency
  • Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends
