About the Role

As a Project Lead – SCRUM Master you will work in an agile, DSP development team, you will own the features roadmap, and be the main stakeholder contact. You will have end-to-end responsibility for planning and delivering DSP part of amplifier software. You will lead 3-5 teams of 2-12 engineers size. Engineers are located in Poland, Germany and Hungary mostly. You will work closely with MCU Project Lead, other subprojects and Customer Project Managers (CPMs) for related projects. You will report to Senior Manager of Amplifier Project SW-DSP for Europe. You will make sure teams are delivering according to commitments and in line with HARMAN development practices and processes including ASPICE standart



What You Will Do

  • Work with Architect/Technical Lead to ensure existence of requirements and design documents and necessary traceability between these. Cooperate with MCU Lead to build Feature Rollout Plan for the project.
  • Plan and execute work of DSP teams
  • Closely cooperate and align DSP plans and execution with microcontroller (MCU) team  
  • Collaborate on all levels – developers, testers, tuners, architects, project, and program managers.
  • Work closely with your agile teams across different locations
  • Lead Scrum activities
  • Ensure that the team delivers solutions effectively and with expected quality
  • Ensure that team will be adhering to Harman Agile process and will follow practices to secure traceability required by ASPICE
  • Report status of the work to various stakeholders

What You Need

  • Proven Project Management experience in Embedded Systems
  • Experience with Agile practices
  • Ability to travel abroad on regular basis
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Strong analytical skills to reflect the priorities of product development
  • Basic understanding of audio processing topics
  • Fluent English

What is Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with PMBOK, PMP certificate desired
  • Knowledge of automotive area and digital signal processing (DSP)
