About the Role

The Senior Manager – Performance Office is responsible for providing leadership to the assigned, highly critical/highly complex workstreams by utilizing the Business transformation or Performance improvement practice. The role requires partnering with the line leaders / functional leaders to achieve transformative performance by driving improvement strategies and pushing those actions to results

This role may involve leading or supporting key strategic initiatives as Program/ Project Manager - Shaping aspirations, developing initiatives, and leading end-to-end execution to deliver superior results for the division.

In this role, we are looking for a natural talent with a flair for structured business problem solving, with a decent financial acumen who can effectively partner with a broad range of stakeholders to drive performance, mindset, and behaviors.

What You Will Do

  • Champion and implement the performance management rigor within assigned functions or business.  

  • Work collaboratively with the functions, Business, and External consultants to design, execute, and lead teams through problem-solving, and organizational change to drive short- and long-term value.

  • Lead in-depth review with a focus on identifying full potential, target setting, action/measure tracking, and gap closure to benchmark.

  • Coach Initiative owners in developing rigorous business cases, project milestones & timelines.

  • Ensure initiatives drive implementation and guide each to fast and pragmatic execution.

  • Infuse a sense of urgency and establish where to focus (Initiatives, deep dives)

  • Act as a sparring partner for the peer leaders to increase speed to impact by challenging the status quo, prioritization, and breaking down functional silos.

  • Support change management efforts to drive high-performance culture and coach team members on transformation behaviors and mindset change.

  • Ensures connectivity across the workstream to leverage best practices and knowledge sharing.

What You Need

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Engineering, or other business management discipline. MBA is highly desirable.

  • 8+ years of experience in any one of the areas – Business Consulting, Restructuring/ Turnaround, M&A Integration, or Business Project management

  • Experience managing and leading improvement efforts to completion.

  • Strong analytic skills – structured thinker, Problem solver

  • Impactful communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

  • Certification of Lean Six Sigma or any Improvement methodology would be an added advantage.

Pay Transparency
USD 122,250 - USD 179,300

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.

Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
