About The Role

For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify standards & behaviors of a High-performance Sales Team.

Based on that you are responsible to design a holistic, global process that starts with Onboarding & Sales Fundamentals, includes role-based experiences (incl facilitation of sales workshops, Regional Sales Enablement conferences, Role focus days etc) as well as cross-functional rotation programs.

Supporting the Dean of the Sales Academy this role is orchestrating all the individual contributors, aligns with Market trends, assessment results and ensures peer-group learnings and exchange.

Your Team

This role will support the Partner with Customer Organization in NA, EU, APAC and Japan.

What You Will Do

  • Identify standards & behaviors of a High-performance Sales Team
  • Lead the development of a global and holistic process for the Partner with Customer organization
  • Act as the global multiplier for the Sales Enablement Series (Rollout into 4 countries)
  • Design and train globally sales specific training curricula, adjust training content based on changing business needs and market trends
  • Lead the communication and integration into actual programs
  • Report on the impact on sales of development programs
  • Support the Dean of the Sales Academy

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR, sales or customer-facing program management role.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Result driven and self-organized
  • Ability in working with external and internal customers in all regions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Native or Business fluent in English
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Tools, (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

What is Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in Marketing, Talent Management, Sales or Program Management of infotainment/audio, telematics, and/or connected service
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced/high-pressure environment, while always maintaining good relations.
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly, efficiently, and accurately from varying sources.
  • Ability to take initiative, while prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
