About the Role

Principal Solution Architect SOPE (Software Only Project Engineering) will be responsible for designing & driving SW and system architectures for DSP audio products with a strong focus on platform components and reuse.

What You Will Do

  • Definition and design of audio signal flows and software architectures using platform components
  • Definition and design of DSP processor architectures
  • Concepts for integrating platform components into customer projects
  • Evaluation and integration concepts for 3rd party components
  • Design and implementation of Proof-of-concept studies
  • Active work and responsibility in RFI and RFQ phases of customer programs
  • Presentations in front of internal and external customers
  • Integration and architecture support for internal and external customers

What is Nice to Have

  • Masters degree on computer science, communication electronics or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of embedded software implementation
  • Minimum 5 years of audio experience
  • Excellent knowledge on DSP SW architectures and audio signal processing
  • Very good knowledge on object oriented software development using C/C++
  • Experienced in platform development and creating maximum re-use of components
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills and team work, international experience is preferred
