About the Role

As the Order Management Specialist, I will support the overall customer experience and satisfaction from time of purchase order receipt to time of order delivery. This role will work closely with our Dealers, distributors, sales, supply, and warehouse teams to ensure all customer requirements are executed as expected. The OM Specialist will collaborate with the various stakeholders to anticipate requirements and challenges and bring a collaborative spirit to address these items.  The Order Management Specialist will strive for complete vendor compliance in all cases with the support of their team

What You Will Do

The Order Management Specialist will manage customer requirements acting as the single point of contact for the customer and our internal teams. This includes issues resolution, material availability, backorder management, delivery as well as supporting day to day activities of the team, the Order Management Specialist will need to support our customers and sales team with our Dealer Portal and EDI Process.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, S&OP, Transportation and logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure business goals are supported.
  • Respond swiftly and resolve critical situations that impact customer service delivery and KPIs/SLAs.
  • Key Accounts Management/ Ownership
  • Ensure Adherence to Vendor Compliance requirements driving the reduction and elimination of fines.
  • EDI issue resolution 850, 856, 842, 810,3P 940 (outbound & inbound)
  • Support Vendor Portals and Requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement. Work with management to prioritize, plan, and execute the most impactful improvements.
  • Have a data-driven approach to daily work.
  • Manage the internal approval process for potential audits.
  • Create/update standard operating procedures.

What You Need

  • Minimum 3-5 years of applicable experience in Operations environment, Consumer Products / Retail Order Management/ O2C
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration and /or experience in an equivalent field
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • ERP Experience (SAP preferably)
  • Have strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills that will facilitate in creating and maintaining a collaborative work environment.
  • Inclined to work collaboratively with other departments as well as independently.

Pay Transparency
USD 51,000 - USD 74,800

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.

Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
