About the Role

The Sales Operations team is a centralized support team responsible for sales operations and administrative activities.  Your team acts as an extension of each Account Manager in eight different customer account teams.  Your team engages in activities such as accounts receivable tracking, updating pricing in systems, initiating manual billing requests, and administration of customer portals.  As a Team Leader, you will lead a team to complete assigned tasks in support of the CG Americas, Japan, and APAC organization.


Your Team

This position will lead a team of 5-15 direct reports, including sales assistants, data analysts, and support staff.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a Sales Operations team, balance the workload across the team
  • Assure process compliance while continually improving the process and activities
  • Lead the team to achieve KPI goals on time, at cost, and at quality.
  • Execute the HR cycle activities including hiring, performance management, succession planning, coaching and development

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Previous experience leading teams
  • Expert knowledge in sales, account management, or operations and administrative activities
  • 5+ years in sales, program management, or account management roles

What is Nice to Have

  • Previous experience leading sales operations teams or performing sales operations activities
  • Proven experience in process mapping, work instruction creation, and continuous improvement

What Makes You Eligible

  • Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic and international travel
  • Be willing to work in an   [office, manufacturing facility, client-site} OR This role is eligible to work remotely full-time with occasional trips into the X office location required (this could be on 24-hour notice)
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
