Position Summary:
Responsible for the results of the indicators: Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost, applying the HPS philosophy.
Responsible for keeping the production equipment and tools in their initial conditions according to the maintenance procedures generated and based on the preventive maintenance schedule.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the tasks assigned following safety rules to prevent accidents.
- Responsible for operating the production line in your charge to produce.
- Responsible for reaching with the Scheduled Production Plan.
- Follow the instructions declared in the VJI´s and WS for the operation and production lines that are assigned.
- Following of the standards for product conformity and cycle time compliance.
- Responsible for reaching scrap on target.
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce waste.
- Identify and implement improvements to increase operating efficiency.
- Ensure the proper functioning of production equipment in the plant.
- Perform the preventive maintenance assigned according to the Maintenance Schedule Plan.
- Ensure the availability of 100% of plant equipment and tooling.
- Resolution of problems presented by the machinery and equipment in your charge.
- Make the closure of work orders preventive and corrective maintenance performed during their shift in the maintenance connection system / SAP with the respective downtime.
- Problem analysis under the HPS methodology.
- Keep your area and production lines under standard 5s, conducts audits 5s.
- Assistant for the classification and temporary storage of hazardous, urban solid and special waste.
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by department supervisor.
Basic Qualifications:

- Engineering in electronics, mechatronics, and automation or related.
- TSU in industrial maintenance, electronics, industrial control or affine.
- At least have 1 year of experience in the maintenance department.
- Basic English.
- Technical skills required for the position, knowledge in:
- Pneumatic.
- Hydraulic.
- Electricity.
- Electronic.
- Interpretation of Electrical Diagrams.
- Previous experience in one of the following programming languages, C+, C++, Visual Basic, or PLC Programming.
- Problem solving methodology.
- Management of hand tools.
- Office handling.
