Description & Requirements

About the Role

Facilities management - Plans, executes and coordinates the pm activities concerned with equipment selection, installation and commissioning, construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment machinery in the industrial plant.

  • Operations and Maintenance of utility systems - HT & LT Systems, UPS systems, HVAC,Air compressors, DG Sets,ups, and Nitrogen to support to Production functions. 

  • Maintenance of Matl handling equipment

  • FPS Systems, Access controls and CCTV management                                                                        

  • Co-Ordination with Sub Contractors for Execution   

  • Execution of New Projects/ Layout Changes, New Equipment Installation, MSEB  liaison, Statutory compliances

  • Enhance safety Environment and implementation of  safety process / systems

  • Maintain the KPI -  MTTR, MTBF, 3C, 5S                                              

  • Spares Management

  • Energy management  

  • Implementing Certification  (OSHA,TS 16949, ISO 50001) , EMS, OEM’s Specific certifications

  • EMS & Haz management systems,

  • Statutory compliance

What You Need

  • Diploma in Mechanical/EEE/ E&TC.

  • Diploma with 5 to 7 years' Experience in Plant engineering function / Utility systems operation and maintenance

  • C license / Supervisor License – Issued by the Electricity board.
