Description & Requirements

What You Will Do :

  • Supporting HR Daily Operation: On boarding, off boarding, HRIS and Database
  • Help local HR regular work: Training, employee activities, communication and C&B
  • Advising employees on HR policies and process  


What You Need :

  • Full-time bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Labor relations, etc.
  • 3 to 5 years HR working experience, Hi-Tech industry background working experience is preferred
  • Experience with the HRIS such as: Workday, Shiftee
  • Familiar with national and regional laws, regulations and policies
  • Purpose-oriented, self-driven, with strong logical thinking ability and learning ability
  • Proactive and have good sense of solidarity and cooperation, strong ability to work under pressure
  • Strong oral and written communications skills in English
