You will join our Retail Sales team in the position of: 


Field Sales Representative -  Bordeaux & Toulouse Regions

About the Role:

The Field Sales Representative is responsible to drive sales (sell-out) at outlet level. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and visit retail stores / outlets in the area between Bordeaux and Toulouse, preferably you live in Bordeaux. You will also be responsible for business development and prospecting in the region, and drive excellence at the point of sale. You will execute the objectives coming from the Director of Sales at store level for all segments and will be responsible for a selected group of retailers assigned by the Team leader. Your main tasks will be around merchandising, product training, implementing the Strategy at Store level, in order to increase our in-House Share.

We are looking for a results-driven individual to oversee promotional execution, track market trends, manage key projects, and maintain up-to-date customer and sales records. If you're organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

What You Will Do:

Account Management

  • Drive Distribution Strategy: Lead and optimize country-wide distribution efforts.

  • Strengthen Relationships: Build and grow partnerships with key accounts.

  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Discover new business opportunities.

  • Present Our Value: Convince customers of the benefits of our offerings.

  • Stay Competitive: Provide weekly insights on market trends and competitor activities.

Personal Account Plan Management

  • Create Winning Strategies: Develop and refine account plans that drive success.

  • Lead Negotiations: Support and execute negotiations with key accounts.

  • Track Competitors: Monitor threats and trends to stay ahead.

  • Turn Trends into Strategy: Translate market shifts into actionable sales plans.

  • Manage Promotions: Oversee merchandising and promotions for key outlets.

Sales Development

  • Grow Key Accounts: Drive business development in top stores.

  • Craft Impactful Marketing: Create and implement sell-out marketing activities.

  • Maximize Sales: Optimize product mix, sales value, and volume.

  • Lead Merchandising: Ensure top-tier in-store product presentation.

Customer Service

  • Build Partnerships: Collaborate with accounts to strengthen relationships.

  • Ensure Stock Levels: Monitor inventory and avoid shortages.

  • Deliver Satisfaction: Ensure smooth order management and handle returns efficiently.

What You Need:

  • An education or 2 years experience in sales / account management within the retail / consumer electronics industry or high-tech industry and/or at a relevant customer;.

  • Fluent in French and excellent English language skills, both written and oral.

  • Knowledge of the customers in the region – Fnac, Darty, Boulanger, Carrefour, Leclerc, Auchan Système U,  Cultura

  • Understanding of modern replenishment tools proven proficiency in MS Office.

What Makes You Eligible:

  • Willingness to travel extensively 75% of the time including overnight stays within the region

  • Be willing to work remotely from home office and visiting clients / retail stores.

  • Travel to the Paris office 2-4 times per year
