About the Role
As the Lighting Sales Demo Coordinator, you will provide industry-leading, pre-and post-sales support for Martin lighting customers, giving them access to a resource who understands their business and helps address their needs with a clear willingness to support their success, and a deep knowledge of our hardware and software offerings. Working directly with our sales teams in the field to plan, manage, and execute product demonstrations that show the full capabilities of our products. You will help to provide the sales and PAS team with the resources to perform a successful technology demonstration and also work to build relationships with all customers.
What You Will Do
- Work with Sales to ensure that product demonstration requests are met.
- Prep and repair products to Harman standard.
- Work with sales to ship all Martin demo products on time while keeping costs under control.
- Responsible for keeping accurate history using FLEX for all Harman assets and demo products
- Support Martin Roadshow efforts with products, prep, and timely transport
- Warehouse management includes but is not limited to, incoming packages, outgoing packages, packing material procurement, international shipping, coordinating freight shipment for demo/service, and product maintenance.
- Responsible for ordering parts for product repairs, inventory, and demo needs
- Be proactive, communicating effectively back to the manager, office team, and with the team out in the field.
- Regularly keeping in touch with customers to stay up to date on demo activities and always striving to better understand their business.
What You Need
- Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office software suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple long-term and short-term tasks concurrently
- Structured way of working independently, while possessing skills to benefit the group in a team setting.
What is Nice to Have
- Advanced understanding of concert lighting deployment with experience successfully connecting consoles, video lighting, lighting, and system management software on a large scale.
- 3+ years experience in managing and maintaining client relations
- 2+ years experience in system design and deployment
- Advanced work in intelligent lighting-related, or business-related field
- Previous experience supporting large-scale production or integration partners

- Able to successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need.
