Description & Requirements

What you will do:

  • Work with Business Process Owners to recommend and implement enhancements and best practices that help automate, build efficiencies, enable self-service, and eliminate manual processes
  • Support the assigned functional areas including gathering user requirements, design, configuration, coordination of user tests, and implementation in production
  • Analyze Workday bi-annual releases to perform non-regression tests, assess the impact on existing configuration, and suggest new enhancements
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for HR
  • Maintain security domains and security groups, including assignments to users
  • Build audits and alerts to check data quality, identify discrepancies, and establish plans to address them
  • Coordinate with the other Workday module owners to ensure shared governance and alignment among all modules.
  • Act as functional expert and operational contact to provide user support
  • Maintain documentation for employees, managers, HR, and the Workday team
  • Assist in the development of a change process, communication, and training
  • Conduct monthly HR Community meetings and weekly meetings with regional HR referents
  • Ticket management (bugs, questions, evolutions)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in configuring Workday Recruiting, Learning, and HCM, including tenant, business processes, security, reporting
  • Previous exposure to Talent and/or Advance Compensation will be a plus but is not mandatory

  • A good understanding of HR processes and the ability to maintain information confidential
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • A customer service mindset and approach
