About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Gen-AI Test Automation Solution Architect & Presales Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automating various testing processes across web, mobile, REST API, operating system level CLI, and database environments. This role requires proficiency in WebdriverIO, Playwright, Appium, and SQL, with a strong emphasis on DOM locators for web automation. Additionally, familiarity with Gen-AI Automation technologies will be considered a significant advantage.

In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in preparing offerings and delivering compelling demos to prospective customers. You will also collaborate with the development team to design and deploy cutting-edge automation frameworks. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between sales and technical implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and prepare customized test automation solutions.
• Perform proof of concepts (POCs) with new technologies and integrate them into the testing framework.
• Conduct engaging and informative demos of our Gen-AI based test automation solutions for web, mobile, API, and operating system level test automation.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in test automation and Gen-AI technologies to continuously improve our offerings.
• Work closely with the development team to design and deploy scalable and efficient automation frameworks tailored to customer requirements.
• Utilize Gen-AI technology to develop and auto heal test scripts, demonstrating the advanced capabilities of our automation tools.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales phase, addressing technical questions and concerns.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market demands.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions for both internal teams and customers.

Requirements:

• Strong Programming Skills of JavaScript/NodeJS
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby or C# is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programming languages and technologies as needed.
• Proven experience in test automation, including web, mobile, API, and operating system level automation.
• Strong knowledge of Gen-AI technology and its application in test automation.
• Experience with developing and auto healing test scripts using Gen-AI.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design robust automation frameworks.
• Experience working in a pre-sales or solution architect role is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and customer support.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and support sales efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 12-15 years of relevant Industry experience
• Experience with additional test automation frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
