Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, scheduling, offer negotiation and closure
  • Searches for qualified candidates, using networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms and employee referrals.
  • Keep close communication with stakeholders and guide candidates from application stage to on-boarding
  • Maintain and manage sourcing channels (Job portals, internal referrals, vendors etc)
  • Working on Harman Employer Branding and Go-To-Market activities on social media.
  • Tracks recruitment results through various reports.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience with full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment.
  • Must have hiring experience in technical or engineering recruitment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field
  • Fluent in English / Korean communication, being able to provide constructive opinions in meetings
  • Minimum 4 years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience
  • Minimum 4 years experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and experiencing of search methodologies (e.g. Boolean is preferred)
  • Experience in Workday
  • Nice to have experience with Avature
