Description & Requirements

You will work with our client and will be responsible for providing remote or onsite technical support in Suwon to Samsung.

As an HAE, you will support TM500 Customers directly or through local FAEs. The HAE Engineer will be responsible for providing remote or onsite technical support ranging from;-

  • configuration issues,

  • customer scripts,

  • debugging,

  • product or feature demonstrations,

  • collecting customer logs and

  • training all

to ensuring we provide class leading support to our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and diagnose issues in the TM500/E500 product and communicate them directly to the development team by providing accurate and analytic technical reports

  • Be the customer facing technical and product expert for the technologies provided by the Wireless BU.

  • Provide customer/FAE training for Wireless BU products and technologies.

  • Provide high-level technical support to customers relating to the 3GPP defined protocol behaviour and operation of the TM500/E500 product.

  • Independently resolving problems encountered in the product

  • Working across different teams and with customers to solve problems

  • Must be willing to travel to customer site at short notice.



  • Possess a good understanding of mobile telecoms for NR (5G) & LTE (4G) call flows and Layer 1, Layer 2, Layer 3 protocol stacks

  • Experience with mobile RAN call flows

  • Proven experience in protocol feature analysis

  • Analysis captured data against expected outcomes

  • Previous experience of writing test Scripting (Python) is desirable but not essential

  • Previous experience of test plan and test execution is desirable but not essential.

  • The ability to produce good technical documents

  • Ability to solve various issues using a variety of methods and techniques

  • Proven ability to work with very little input

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient collaboration and team working skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong productive relationships

  • Proven communication skills, both verbal and written

  • The ability to work within multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
