Description & Requirements

What You Will Do  

  • Supports recurring meetings, both internal and external, to track the progress of the project. 

  • Coordinate the generation and release of all appropriate documentation: PFMEAS, flowcharts, Control Plans, Visual Aids, etc. 

  • Coordinates the creation of Purchase Requests for all equipment necessary for the project with Process & Test Engineering. 

  • Manufacturing Risk assessment for molding projects & assembly lines  

  • Coordinates new projects/timelines since tool development to PV in plant   

  • Maintains the status of the project, using tools like Microsoft's Project. 

  • Comply with quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company. 

  • Coordinates all changes to the process with Engineering areas and the implementation. 

  • Coordinates all changes to the product with Program Managers and the implementation. 

  • Comply with the review of the status of PLM. 

  • Review the strategic points that relate to internal meetings and expectations of customers. 

  • Follow up with Program Managers the outstanding points in the bull-DV. 

  • Follow up with Program Manager the outstanding points in the runs of PV. 

  • Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through established communication channels. 

  • Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System and Customer Specific Requirements. 

  • Coordinate the new models first running, maturity gates, compliance assurance. 

  • Identify and record changes with the product, process in part history. 

  • Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through established communication channels. 

  • To represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System. 

  • Participates and provides support related with quality systems management, objectives, targets and programs. 

  • Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs. 

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Management System. 

  • Lead capacity and manufacturing footprint analysis aligned with global strategies and customer demand. 

  • Manage Engineering KPIs improvements. 

  • Lead and drive lean manufacturing and business critical cross-functional initiatives in addition to managing a team. 

 

 

What You Need 

  • +10 years of experience in injection molding production and leadership. 

  • Demonstrated high technical background in plastic injection production processes, tooling, equipment, material, manufacturing and quality. 

  • Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineer/Electronic/Electromechanical. 

  • Deep Knowledge of PFMEAS, BOM, Engineering Changes, documentation control. 

  • 5 years of prior experience coordinating new projects. 

  • 5 years of prior experience implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence Methods. 

  • Experience in evaluation new and emerging technology for applicability in optimizing or scaling processes and enhancing operations and reporting capabilities.  

  • Experience in Technical Program Management with budgetary and resource responsibility  

  • English 90%, Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations) 

  • Customer specific requirements (applicable)
