IIoT Analyst – DigITal Automotive Manufacturing

About the Role: 

Join the Digital Automotive Manufacturing Team to implement the HARMAN Future Digital Factory. Be an active part of a global team to develop and improve our state-of-the-art hybrid Industry 4.0 platform in cooperation with local and global Business and Operations teams. 

What you will do: 

• Serve as thought leader of Industry 4.0 solutions and lead local Thinktank discussions to identify and define requirements and solutions. 

• Partner with stakeholders and act as the local Product Owner. Be the primary contact for Business and Operations Teams. 

• Work with the Global Team to design and implement the global Industry 4.0 standard solutions under consideration of local needs and requirements. 

• Ensure Enterprise IT Standards with focus on sustainability, scalability, high availability, security, and performance. 

• Introduce new solutions to local factories and provide training to key users. 

What you need: 

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field or relevant experience. 

• 5+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. 

• Good understanding of the Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies 

• Global mindset, teamwork in a multi-location team, enterprise approach  

• Proven analytical abilities 

• Problem-solving mindset 

• Excellent English language skills (Professional Working Proficiency) 

What is an advantage: 

• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing 

• Experience in Factory Automation 

• Project Management experience 

• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Grafana, Qlik)
