About the Role:

The Supply Chain Controlling Senior Analyst is a critical role responsible for providing comprehensive financial and operational support to the Controlling Manager for Indirect Procurement. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong analytical background, exceptional technical abilities, and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development and optimization of Qlik Sense dashboards and contribute significantly to process and digital automation initiatives within the supply chain function.

What You Will Do:

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting on indirect procurement activities. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Dashboard Development: Utilize Qlik Sense to design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards that provide critical insights into supply chain operations and performance metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in supply chain operations. This includes leveraging digital tools and automation technologies.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the Controlling Manager and cross-functional teams to support strategic projects and initiatives. Provide expert advice and analysis to support procurement and supply chain strategies.
  • Data Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used in analyses and reporting. Implement best practices in data management to optimize the use of supply chain data.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of team members on Qlik Sense and other relevant tools and technologies. Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
  • Innovation: Actively participate in the exploration and implementation of new technologies and tools to drive digital transformation in supply chain controlling.

What You Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain controlling or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Qlik Sense, with demonstrated experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and digital automation within a supply chain context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial principles and practices specific to supply chain and procurement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
