About the Role

As a Sr. Business System Analyst - IBP (Integrated Business Planning) you will be providing development & configuration of Demand planning, supply chain / logistics and sales & operations.

Your Team

You will be reporting to Sr. Manager – SIOP, as an individual contributor.

What You Will Do

  • Provide subject matter expertise in supply chain planning systems demand / supply planning, sales & operations planning, and SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
  • Develop, support and document a broad range of supply chain processes, procedures, and systems primarily in IBP planning and linked integrated modules.
  • Configure applications and provide functional oversight on Standard IBP tool procedures.
  • Leads threads of projects and initiatives to deploy new functionality and/or enhance existing functionality in IBP and SAP ECC/S/4 Supply Chain modules.
  • Supports and drives the application architecture in IBP, S/4 SCM and/or influences business process change.
  • Sets expectations for area of responsibility, establishing priorities, and documenting potential scope changes that may impact project budget.
  • Drive accountability and continuous process improvements within IBP Tool.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering/Information Technology, or related technical discipline
  • A minimum of 6 years of SAP Analysis experience and 2 years of IBP experience is a must.
  • At least 1 Full cycle SAP IBP implementation experience with Demand and Supply planning.
  • Hands on Experience in configuration of the IBP module for Demand, Supply, Inventory, and response including the ability to debug complex Key figure calculations and co-relate the process.
  • Good understanding of SAP IBP configurations including sample Planning Areas for time-series and order-series data model, Statistical tools, Operators, Profiles, parameters, and Engine’s.
  • Ability to do reverse engineering in understanding HARMAN SAP – IBP process and build the future change request.
  • Assist in project management, implementation planning and test approach / planning.
  • Works with external business partners when required.
  • Hands on experience with Data integration tools like CPI-DS, SDI & BW tools.

What is Nice to Have

  • Ability to do reverse engineering in understanding HARMAN SAP – IBP process and build the future change request.
  • Exposure to O-data and SAP Fiori will be a Plus.

  • This position requires up to 10% of travel.
  • Be willing to work in Queretaro, Mexico.
  • Overtime if project deadlines dictate.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as some project management skills.
