Description & Requirements

What You Will Do

· Verify Customers (SMART) system for extra requirements.

· Verify the supply system (DRIVE).

· Dispute any violations or charges that are Chrysler’s responsibility.

· Verify all regular shipments on Chrysler System (CSDS).

· Review requirements, production programs and shipments.

· Follow up and implementation of new models.

· Crosscheck and update customer’s numbers with Harman’s.

· Validation and approval of finished goods packaging materials.

· Correlate the customer’s standard pack with our system (CMI, Chrysler and Documentation).

· Review and verify obsolescence (disposal, substitution, communization, etc.)

· Follow up on the compliance of the Quality and Environmental Systems.

· Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs

What You Need

· Engineering Degree.

· 3- 5 years of experience in similar position in automotive companies. Experience of 1-3 years with: import, export, international trade, logistics, warehouse.

· Intermediate English (Technical reading and conversation)

· Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.

· Customer specific requirements (applicable). Basic experience/knowledge of Customer Portals

· Formal Lean training in key Lean tools and methodologies (kanban, 5 S’s)

· Lean Manufacturing.

· Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and methodology

· Computer knowledge (Auto cad, Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

· Knowledge of planning and implementation preferred.

· Must be focused on continuous improvement methods.

· Demands effort to analyze, diagnose, and plan.

· Take advance decisions and solve diverse situations.

· Math Ability.
