Description & Requirements

What You Will Do

  • Comply with quality programming and production.
  • Establish multidisciplinary teams for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement improvements to reduce waste and increase work efficiency 
  • Implement quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company.
  • Supervises the activities of the team member.
  • Ensure that SAA and SC requirements are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949. 
  • Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-compliance 
  • Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through established communication channels. 
  • Represent the client's needs in domestic tasks in accordance with the requirements of the Quality System.
  • Other activities assigned by manager
  • Support for document editing, and VJI problem-solving processing with team leader support.
  • Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with the performance of the management system ISO 14001 & ISO 45001

What You Need

  • Degree in Engineering
  • 1 year of related experience in automotive industry (preference) or electronic manufacturing
  • Knowledge IATF 16949
  • Knowledge ISO 14001
  • Customer specific requirements (applicable)
  • Computer knowledge
  • English Intermediate 50%
  • Work Schedule: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Availability to shift schedules.
