Description & Requirements

NET Architect with expertise in developing WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) and ASP.NET Core applications. As a .NET Architect at Zeiss, you will play a crucial role in designing and architecting complex software solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:

Architectural Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the architectural strategy aligned with business objectives. Agile Development: Support agile methodologies, facilitating iterative development and continuous improvement. Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance for .NET, ASP.NET Core, and WPF development. Software Development: Actively participate in developing WPF and ASP.NET Core applications, ensuring quality and performance. System Integration: Design and oversee the integration of applications with other systems. Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks to enhance application responsiveness. Technology Evaluation: Stay updated with industry trends and recommend new tools and frameworks for improvement. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design documents. Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather technical requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience as a .NET Architect with expertise in WPF and ASP.NET Core development.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
  • Experience with data-driven applications and databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and relevant certifications are a plus.
