You will join our marketing department based in Madrid, Spain in the position of: 

 Marketing Coordinator

About the Role:

This position is within HARMAN’s EMEA Lifestyle Audio Division, based in Madrid, Spain. The Marketing Coordinator role has as focus supporting the main marketing pillars in the local market:

Direct to End Customer (Newsletters, Emailing’s, Events…), Trade Marketing (Point of Sale & Online), Paid Media, PR and other channels (associations, partnerships, etc.).

Key aspects of this role are monthly campaign management, reviews of marketing assets & content,

product trainings, social media coordination, budget coordination (tracking, PO’s, reporting’s), POS

displays reporting & coordination of production and placement, Merchandisers & Promoters tracking, Newsletter & Emailing production, FOCs & Loans, and overall work support alongside the Senior Marketing Manager.

What You Will Do:

Strategic Development:

  • Collaborate in creating and executing national or international brand marketing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the brand's market position.

Brand Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns that reinforce key brand values and messages.
  • Coordinate advertising, digital, and social media campaigns.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, product, and design, to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market analysis and competitive studies to inform brand strategies.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and consumer behavior.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute brand events to increase visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Coordinate brand presence at relevant fairs and events.

Content Development:

  • Collaborate in creating brand content, including messaging, imagery, and videos.
  • Oversee the production of printed and digital marketing materials.

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Measure and analyze the performance of brand marketing initiatives.
  • Generate periodic reports on campaign impact and brand perception.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
  • An advanced level for business language Spanish and English.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience preferably in an International Marketing or Business Administration environment.
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization.
  • Experience with MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) .
  • Strong Organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Independent and team player, fluent in English, additional Euro language a plus.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel ~20%.
  • Willingness to work in an office (Madrid).

What is Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Consumer Electronics market is a plus.
  • Experience working within a cross-functional multinational matrix structure is a plus.
