Description & Requirements

As the Lead Data Architect, you'll be responsible for crafting the data architecture for the Customer 360 platform, encompassing data models, schemas, and integration strategies. Your primary goal is to ensure data consistency, integrity, and accessibility throughout the organization.

This role involves thorough review of data across various systems, understanding data payloads, interfaces, necessary transformations, and normalization processes to uphold Data Quality, Security, and Compliance standards. Additionally, you'll oversee the measurement of Business Key Metrics and manage Data Ingestion Pipelines.

Required Skills:
•    8 to 11 over all experience years of experience in Designing data intensive systems, pipelines, 5+ experience in building data platforms, designing data journeys
•    Proficiency in Cloud Databases such as Snowflake, Redshift or Big Query
•    Proficiency in ETL tools like Matillion, AWS Glue etc
•    Extensive experience in Analyzing, Designing, and Building ETL Pipelines for end-to-end business intelligence projects.
•    Demonstrated leadership and process skills in driving comprehensive business process transformation initiatives.
•    Proficiency in business processes across diverse areas including finance, supply chain, commercial, engineering, and cybersecurity.
•    Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with clear and succinct communication skills
