Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

Work on product discovery, validation, and design

Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into requirements.

Document and propose solutions for business areas and prepare functional specifications.

Analyze and document business processes and use cases.

Liaise with customers, the development team, and other stakeholders regarding product requirements and business processes.

Work with UX/UI designers for prototypes and product design.

Conduct user acceptance testing.

Collaborate with support team to resolve any production issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT industry or a related field.

Good understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.

Strong data analytics experience, preferably using Microsoft technologies such as T-SQL, Power BI, MS Excel etc.

Strong background using SDLC management tools (such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.) to document software requirements, user stories, defects for development teams.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Understanding of wireframing/prototyping tools such as Figma.

Good to have certifications such as CBAP or CSPO (not mandatory).

Technical candidates without BA experience can also be considered under below conditions

1. Formerly technical, who wants to move into BA. Has developed features(non-reporting apps) from scratch.

4. Attention to Detail

5. Some stakehoder management (good to have) 

6. Good command over English Language
