About the Role

B2B-KAM will be responsible for managing B2B regional accounts, to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. Maintaining a long-term relationship with these accounts and will also drive overall business and meet company business objective.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare yearly business plan ensuring company objectives are met.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets, and growth targets in accordance with business plan.
  • Quarterly review of the business plan with relevant stake holders
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure the most preferable brand in consumers mind
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Managing the fast information flow between staff and shop floor level to managerial level.
  • Developing new account and adding new customers
  • Work on maintaining a robust pipeline

What You Need

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing from top colleges
  • About 12 years of experience in sales with min. 5 years of experience in managing B2B Business
  • Should have worked in West region in B2B sales

What Makes You Eligible

  • Be willing to travel up to 50%, domestic only
  • Be willing to work from Mumbai office , handling entire West zone
