About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Analyst Intern to join our team for a 6 to 9-month internship. This position requires 20 hours per week, with one day spent working in our office. As a Project Coordinator/Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in supporting project activities, utilizing analytical skills, and contributing to effective project coordination.

What You Will Do

Working with the Organization's Change Management Leaders, you will:

  • Assist in project planning, coordination, and analysis.

  • Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to create visually appealing and informative reports and presentations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

  • Perform basic data analysis to support project decision-making.

  • Perform tactical aspects of communications, including mailbox management, planning, and organizing meetings coordinating with presenters, ensuring version consistency in communications content, etc.

What You Need

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems at an accredited institution having completed your Freshman year or later

  • Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Ability to think critically from multiple perspectives.

  • Basic data analysis skills.

  • Passion for project coordination and analysis.

  • Time management skills

What Makes You Eligible

  • Be willing to work in the Novi, MI, office one day a week

  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization.

  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment

  • Must provide part-time work availability for 6 to 9 months
