About the Role

In this role, you will support Digital program implementation by creating content to inform and engage program stakeholders, especially end users. Content may include email, newsletters, presentations, surveys, video, signage, live meetings, other written resources and reference materials, and intranet sites. You may support multiple global programs and will work with program stakeholders globally to understand their needs, confirm the accuracy of content, and handle associated logistics to draft, revise, and release content, as well as measure impact.

What You Will Do

Working with the Organization's Change Management Leaders, you will:

  • Support the progression of stakeholders through the Change Management lifecycle, which includes creating awareness of the change and its benefits, the knowledge and ability needed to perform the change, and reinforcement of the change.

  • Work and contribute to a communications calendar as well as ad hoc communications needs to support program planning, execution, and close-out.

  • Take a creative, “human-centric” approach to drafting and revising content, ensuring that audience-appropriate messages are created and delivered in a way that meets their needs, particularly beyond traditional presentations and long-form written content.

  • Perform tactical aspects of communications, including mailbox management, planning, and organizing meetings coordinating with presenters, ensuring version consistency in communications content, etc.

What You Need

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program pursuing a degree in Communications or Business at an accredited institution having completed your Freshman year or later

  • Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Ability to think critically from multiple perspectives.

  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to confidently interact and present information to senior leaders and executives

  • Time management skills

What Makes You Eligible

  • Be willing to work in the Novi, MI, office one day a week

  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization.

  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment

  • Must provide part-time work availability for 6 to 9 months
