Your Team

The work is connected in a matrix organization, and have access to all functions within  the plant, and with involvement of the global leadership to other plants as well.

Position Summary:

  • Leads, follow the  strategy, vision and purpose of the world wide  Harman Production System
  • Lead the process end-to-end in the  plant operation
  • Be ambassador of the EHS activities as well, define rules for the safety work environment
  • Improve , adapt the global system based on local requirement
  • Introduction of the tools in connection of the Lean philosophy
  • Develop and coordinate the Kaizen events
  • Involve the shopfloor into the Kaizen activities
  • Build, maintain and improve continuous improvement system
  • Integrate Lean activities into the daily work  of  the organization
  • Train, educate HPS tools and Lean philosophy items
  • Introduce , follow up , supervise and manage good idea system within the plants
  • Collaboration during new product implementation
  • Coordinate the 5 S related activities within the production and offices
  •  Maintain, execute 5S audits in the plant
  • Deploy within the Professional division the Harman Production system related processes
  • Build up , increase continuous improvement mindset in the entire organization

What You Need

  • BA/BS Degree; MBA or Master’s degree preferred. Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or Engineering is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in lean manufacturing
  • Project Management Skills: exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical  skills
  • Very good people management
  • Fluent English knowledge

Eligible for travelling

  • Willingness to travel up to 25 % of the time.
