Description & Requirements


· Participate actively in the preparation of new projects, including lessons learned, best practices, standards, customer and local events, Team1, DGFM, and PFFEA.

· Design, implement, support, and hand over new automation processes to the operational team.

· Define tools for new industrialisation or capacity expansion on existing equipment. Include ordering, order tracking, and handover details to the operational team, such as timeframe, DPMO, availability, and CAPEX.

· Additionally, introduce new product types.

· Identifying, evaluating, and introducing new manufacturing, software technologies, particularly in the context of industrialisation with the software standardization

· Find and evaluate new suppliers.

· Daily contact and cooperation with supplier

· Training and mentoring of colleagues “world wide”

· Participation in the standard process development

· Deciding on professional issues on programming area

· Participating in Industry 4.0 projects

· Programming in-house equipment using Twincat/Codesys programming language.

· Programming PLCs for in-house automation projects.

· Designing and programming safety systems for in-house designed equipment.

· Perform and supervise environmental tasks related to the work.

· Ensure compliance with ISO/TS16949 requirements.

· Enforce occupational health and safety, fire, ESD, order, and cleanliness regulations.


· Minimum 5 years programming experience

· Good knowledge for industrial operating system (Windows LTSC, Linux)

· Strong knowledge of TwinCat / Codesys (IEC 61131-3)

· Good knowledge Networking protocols (EtherCAT, OPC, TCP/IP UDP/IP, MQTT, ProfiNET)

· Use of tools like XAR, VisualStudio, VSCode, SSH, Wireshark,

· Test script development from high level manual tests steps

· Excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills

· You should be able to write clean and maintainable code

· Excellent skills in verbal and written communication in English
