About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Data Analyst to analyze, manage, maintain and develop our core backend Data Structure and Datasets (Salesforce, Simon Data and other).

What You Will Do

  • Be willing to travel up to 5%, domestic and international travel
  • This role is eligible to work remotely full-time from Poland with occasional trips into the Lodz office location required (this could be on 24-hour notice)
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify their needs in terms of data,
  • Support business stakeholders in data fixes and data governance,
  • Analyze existing data structures and propose extensions based on busi ness needs,
  • Design, develop and maintain our data structures, datasets and business queries utilized by Customer Service, Marketing and eCommerce departments,
  • Technical management of Customer Data Platform (Simon Data),
  • Monitor data endpoints and data flows,
  • Build reports, dashboards and metrics,
  • Maintain technical and functional documentation of data structures and data sets,
  • Monitor and validate data discrepancies between platforms in ecosystem,
  • Perform complex data loads,
  • Create and run scripts for data cleanup and data modification.

What You Need

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis on technical and business level.
  • At least 3 years of experience in direct cooperation with business stakeholders,
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience of SQL,
  • At least 3 years of experience with relationship databases,
  • Good understanding of data transformation processes,
  • Great analytical and communication skills,
  • Being curious, independent, rigorous and proactive kind of a person with a can-do attitude,
  • Being excellent team player with strong attention to details,
  • Fast learner,
  • Fluent English.

What is Nice to Have

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent preferred,
  • Being familiar with Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud),
  • Understanding of Salesforce core database structure, sharing and visibility settings.
