Position Summary:

The position is expected to be located at Plant. The Technician is required to track defective units' receipt at plant and conduct root cause analysis with CFT and any testing required. He needs to prepare the analysis report and share to all. He also needs to do documentation related work for part receipt, inspection & further dispatch of refurbished parts.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Commnication with CFTs and coordination for parts

Job Responsibilities:

  • Field Failure parts analysis at Plant FA lab.

  • Required testing for defect analysis/simulation.

  • Coordination with various CFTs for analysis & confirmation of root cause. Documentation & approvals for parts receipt and processing.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronic with 4+ years of experience.

  • Hands on experience in Infotainment issue handling will be preferred.

  • Knowledge of CAN, LIN, I2C & SW side debugging as well
