About the Role:

The Hardware Support Engineer is responsible for managing our hardware resources and maintaining our vehicle fleet. This role encompasses a wide range of tasks from soldering and inventory management to ensuring our vehicles are serviced and maintained. Working within our Lodz site, this position plays a crucial part in keeping our operations running smoothly, supporting the broader team. If you are passionate about hardware and enjoy a role with diverse responsibilities, this position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our technical operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Handle hardware operations including soldering, storage, inventory management, and purchasing necessary components and tools.
  • Maintain the company's vehicle fleet (by taking the cars to the service)
  • Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the storage area, actively participating in inventory tracking and coordination within the Lodz site.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory audits to ensure accuracy and readiness.
  • Manage the disposal of electronic waste in coordination with the Facility team.
  • Collaborate with the cleaning service to ensure the garage area remains clean.

What You Need

  • A minimum of a technical school diploma, preferably in Electronics or Automotive, with soldering skills and basic hardware knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Polish language at minimum C1 level
  • Proficiency in computer use, especially Windows operating systems.
  • A valid category B driving license.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently, as well as follow instructions.
  • Organizational skills and a sense of responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of the English language at a B1 level, enabling communication with English-speaking employees and online research.
