Description & Requirements

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with business units and departments to gather data-related requirements.
  • Analyze and document data requirements, business processes, and data workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for data process improvement and data quality,reports enhancements.
  • Create data models, data dictionaries, and data lineage documentation.
  • Maintain metadata repositories and data cataloging tools.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of data governance policies and procedures.
  • Support data management activities and data leadership assignments.
  • Collaborate on Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and data pipelines.
  • Ensure data transformations align with business needs.
  • Assist in data analysis and data profiling to uncover insights.
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging data for business intelligence.
  • Participate in data testing, validation, and data quality assurance efforts.
  • Help resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Support the change management process for data-related initiatives.
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users on data tools and processes.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to drive data-related projects.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data management trends.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data science, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5 experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data quality.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of data integration technologies and ETL processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data management tools and platforms is a plus.
