About the Role

Responsible for managing the Digital Cyber Security Engineering activities, incorporating best practices across the entire company. This includes the evaluation of new Cloud security technologies, maintenance and configuration of the existing security tool landscape related to Cloud as well as risk assessments for various different projects and even whole environments / architectures. You will monitor the threat landscape of our various Cloud footprints and advise business owners on required remediation steps.

You are also a focal point for not just the IT but also the different business departments to serve as subject matter expert related to Cloud information security topics and provide tailored solutions towards the business needs.



Your Team

This position will report to the Director, Digital Security Engineering. The role will not be responsible for any full-time employees.



What You Will Do

  • Support the Digital Security Infrastructure across the company
  • Continuously improve and optimize Cloud Security environment across the company
  • Manage and maintain the present Cloud related Security Tools
  • Evaluate risks and appropriate processes and technology to mitigate these risks
  • Monitor cloud risk, coordinate with business owners on remediation activities and report KPIs on risk exposure
  • Perform risk assessments of individual projects as well as holistic companywide assessments

What You Need

  • Vocational training, bachelor degree or higher, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years (3+ years would be ideal) of experience in Cloud Cyber Security in a global footprint
  • Solid experience in Azure, GCP and AWS architecture and security
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, including reading, writing and speaking
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a structured and analytical way
  • Very good communication in a team environment
  • Project Management Experience

What is Nice to Have

  • Expertise in various security technologies and product-suites (Cisco, Crowdstrike, Microsoft, Skyhigh, Proofpoint, Palo Alto or others)
