the U.S. Reflecting on the
significance of events like Motor City Pride, he emphasizes:

Antonio, the Pride ERG is not just about organizing events; it's about creating a sense of community and
belonging. "The HARMAN Pride ERG focuses mainly on creating a community of diverse individuals," he
says. His dedication to this cause is evident in his tireless efforts to coordinate events that bring people
together and promote understanding, acceptance,
and fun.
LaNeisha
For
LaNeisha, Global Diversity Manager at HARMAN, inclusivity goes beyond policy—it's a deeply personal
commitment to fostering a workplace culture where everyone can thrive. "Inclusivity is about the respect
and acceptance you receive from your colleagues, regardless of differences.," she
explains. LaNeisha underscores the importance of open dialogue and mutual respect in creating an
