For Milena parenting has turned planning into an art form — and a daily lesson in flexibility. “Sometimes you plan brilliantly; sometimes you just need to be agile,” she shared.
Her perspective on time management is both realistic and refreshing: “You have to accept that everything happens quickly — both at work and in your private life. I think it's important to enjoy every little success.”

Designing a Schedule That Works for You

Tania begins her day early — not just to get ahead of her inbox, but to make room for what matters most. “I schedule important deliverables for the morning so I can give them my full attention. Then I take a break in the afternoon to spend quality time with my son,” she transparently says.
