Goals & Responsibilities:

  • In accordance with achievement of flawless product launch and growth business strategy for all RoJ OEMs, Account Manager is required to achieve the goal.
  • This position person will be responsible for planning and execution of account sales management for Infotainment and Lifestyle products for RoJ OEMs.
  • Major responsibilities are:
    1. Seamless sales management from RFQ through EOP
      1. Cost tracking associated with customer change requests (CCR) and agree new pricing with customers based on CCR
      2. Manage Invoicing, monitoring of credit collections and customer payment
      3. Price change management
      4. Prototype delivery and pricing, Tooling cost & development cost reimbursement
    2. Conclude purchase agreement, NDA, engineering contract, and other business contract with each OEM.
    3. Collection of future business opportunities, competitor information analysis, benchmarking, etc. to support business growth strategy.
    4. Set-up and execute logistic scheme, spare parts pricing, and support service operation process, and dealer communications to achieve take rate increase.
    5. Support engineering team for completing the product development milestone on time
    6. Other miscellaneous coordination in response to inquiries by RoJ OEMs.
  • This Account Manager will mainly work in the satellite office near JOEMs HQ or R&D Center in order to have a frequent customer contact and to conduct the comprehensive sales activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Education and experience
  • Collage degree with at least 10 years working experience in automotive industry.
  • Must have account sales experience in automotive parts industry for at least 5 years.
  • Business experience in Japanese OEM preferably

  • Ability to communicate customers requirement effectively (written and oral)
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and a team player with Haman.
  • Negotiation skills to find solutions that work for customers and Harman
  • Flexibility and business acumen to deal with customers demand.
  • Willingness to continuously stretch to reach goals
  • Must have driving license in Japan.
  • Proficiency in English communication (written and oral)
  • PC skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
