About the Role

A driven and motivated SAP Sr. Solutions Architect with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) specific experience and knowledge. This position provides an exciting opportunity for a self-directed individual with strong demand planning, supply chain / logistics and sales & operations SAP development and configuration experience.

Your Team

This position is part of Digital - SIOP family reports to Manager – SIOP. This position will not have any direct reports.

What You Will Do

  • Provide subject matter expertise in supply chain planning systems demand / supply planning, sales & operations planning, and SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
  • Develop, support and document a broad range of supply chain processes, procedures and systems primarily in IBP planning and linked integrated modules
  • Configure applications and provide functional oversight on Standard IBP tool procedures.
  • A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization, with an ability to creatively solve business problems using technology solutions and processes.
  • Leads threads of projects and initiatives to deploy new functionality and/or enhance existing functionality in IBP and SAP ECC/S/4 Supply Chain modules.
  • Supports and drives the application architecture in IBP, S/4 SCM and/or influences business process change
  • Sets expectations for area of responsibility, establishing priorities, and documenting potential scope changes that may impact project budget.
  • Partners with Inhouse Development to coordinate cross-team resource allocation in support projects, change orders, and maintenance activities.
  • Communicates SAP technical information in non-technical terms to all levels within the company.
  • Follow procedures to monitor and report on SAP team’s work and performance by measuring customer satisfaction, preparing progress reports, providing weekly status updates
  • Works with senior IT leadership to establish new and improve existing processes and procedures.
  • Drive accountability and continuous process improvements within IBP Tool.

What You Need

  • A driven and motivated Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) with 5-7 years of SAP APO, IBP, or similar planning tool experience.
  • At least 2 Full cycle SAP IBP implementation experience with Demand and Supply planning.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering/Information Technology or related technical discipline

  • Hands on Experience in configuration of the IBP module for Demand, supply, Inventory and response including the ability to debug complex Key figure calculations and co-relate the process.
  • Very good understanding of SAP IBP configurations including sample Planning Areas for time-series and order-series data model, Statistical tools, Operators, Profiles, parameters and Engine’s.
  • Ability to do reverse engineering in understand HARMAN SAP – IBP process and build the future change request.
  • Assist in project management, implementation planning and test approach / planning.
  • Support and improve the IBP activities and processes in partnering with the Business.
  • Works with external business partners when required.
  • Good hands on experience with Data integration tools like SDI, CPI-DS & BW tools.
  • Good understanding of SAP ECC modules PP, MM, SD integration with IBP
  • Capability of handling multiple tasks/initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion.

What is Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of workbench tools such as data dictionary and ABAP debug.
  • Ability to do reverse engineering in understand HARMAN SAP – IBP process and build the future change request.
  • Exposure to O-data and SAP Fiori will be a Plus.

What Makes You Eligible

  • This position requires up to 20% of travel.
  • Be willing to work in Queretaro, Mexico.
  • Overtime if project deadlines dictate.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as some project management skills.
