Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Central coordinator & single contact for Customer Quality
  • Coordinating & steering of customer specific Q- processes
  • Planning & leading of customer quality projects and steering of task forces
  • Launch Assurance Management
  • Support of launch assurance in the related European plants
  • Coordination of overall Q assurance in close collaboration with the relevant plants
  • Support product analysis including SW traces at the customer
  • Short term analysis and coordination of customer complaints at customer plants
  • Supporting European plants
  • Controlling over escalations and customer related corrective actions
  • Quality related communication towards customer for changes of product and processes overall European plants
  • Escalation management short term analysis and coordination for customer complaints at customer plants
  • Problem Solving Management
  • Leading of task force activities with management reporting
  • Assessment of corrective action effectiveness
  • Responsible for the Q part of customer score card

Skills & Requirements:

  • University degree in Information Technology or equivalent education (Electronic Engineering - Software)
  • Experience in (technical) customer communication (OEM) software and hardware related.
  • Skills in Coordination and leading of Quality processes
  • Minimum 5 years experience within engineering or manufacturing of automotive Software / Electronics
  • Experience within project-and escalation management
  • Experience in negotiations with customers
  • Well structured way of working with good interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel
