About The Role

This role is Sales Management position for the US sales to maximize the new phase of growth. This role will be reporting into Chief Commercial Head of Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS). This role entails leading global Sales, while driving booking and revenue growth, profitability, customer & employee satisfaction. This will collaborate with vertical leads to support solution development and delivery excellence.

Your Team

This role has 5 - 7 direct and indirect sales team, to drive sales in the US West region.

What You Will Do

  • Evaluate the DTS current position in the marketplace and identify key areas of investment, gaps and refinement of the strategy

  • Aggressively drive new logo acquisition efforts, through the global DTS Sales team, and personally, through one’s prominent industry positioning and network

  • Shape, sell and deliver consulting product engineering and IT Services transformation programs propositions to new and existing clients

  • Develop best practices and Sales Process that can be implemented across all regions with rigorous review calendar and continuous people development to build and drive a high-performing sales team

  • Advance strong partnerships with the senior leadership team to help facilitate brand and people-oriented digital transformation

  • Continue to attract & Hire world class regional Sales & Delivery organization

  • Work with Support function to drive the Efficiency & Productivity in the region.

What You Need

  • Master’s degree in any discipline with strong business acumen.

  • 18+ Yrs of Professional experience which should include at least 10 yrs of Sales leadership in the Region.

  • Strong P&L and General Management skills

  • Have led a sales team

  • Experience in selling engineering services to one or more of the following verticals: healthcare, retail, industrial, semiconductor and software.,

  • Strong Appreciation for Sales Strategies, Process, Management & Forecasting
