About the Role

Excited to grow love for JBL, Harman Kardon, and other world-class brands? As part of the fast-paced, passionate Global Brand team, the Global Brand Marketing Senior Specialist will drive high-impact creative campaigns, and increase the consistency and quality of marketing communications throughout the world. You’ll work closely with the rest of the Global Brand Team, as well as regional marketing teams, to develop global marketing assets. You’ll also drive global alignment by assisting regional marketing with annual planning, and more.


What You Will Do

  • Manage the regional rollout and ongoing communications around the JBL Quantum global gaming strategy
  • Support development of creative campaigns and gaming marketing platforms
  • Build systems to manage key project timelines, support global brand team and agency partners in meeting milestones
  • Maintain global brand assets (logos, guidelines, advertising creative) on centralized digital asset management platforms; manage access rights and facilitate requests
  • Create and implement plan to increase efficiency and more effective collaboration. Work with region leadership to review creative assets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
  • Drive conversations with legal, consumer insights, regional marketing, creative agencies and other teams for input, alignment and/or approval of marketing projects
  • Manage advertising development budget and for the department responsibility includes tracking spend, compiling reports, and working with agencies/procurement to deliver clear scope of work for each project.

What You Need

  • Passion for growing brands through culture-forward marketing; awareness of the latest digital and social marketing trends
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 5+ years professional experience in marketing
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
  • A strong eye for design, composition and cultural nuance
  • Self-motivated with a strong affinity for strategic problem solving and project ownership
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

What is Nice to Have

  • Love and passion for music
  • Experience with gaming publishers or gaming/esports partnerships
  • Strong skillset using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); strong computer proficiency, and web conferencing (ex. GoToMeeting, Skype, Zoom.us, etc.).

What Makes You Eligible

  • Be willing to travel domestic and up to 5%
  • Be willing to work in an office in Northridge, California or Stamford, Connecticut
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
