Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support to dealers and end-users. Use knowledge of the luxury audio market and dealer network and internal systems to meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Teach, coach, and train at all levels in order for Dealers to communicate and to offer LuxA products to end users.
  • Set sales targets for the internal and external sales team.
  • Identify and resolve operational problems in the field and take action using company guidelines. Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to help resolve internal product problems.
  • Negotiate pricing scenarios and co-op requests within preset guidelines established by Senior Management.
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and tracking of sales programs and promotions.
  • Provide adequate and timely communications regarding territory performance, distribution concerns and any changes which may affect performance.
  • Provide key competitive information, industry trends and product development ideas to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in future planning and development of sales philosophies, programs and the company approach to this market.
  • Travel as needed to maintain relationships with key dealers and to add value to the company selling process.
  • Travel to trade shows and other key industry events as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and or training experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to communicate and educate the complexity of Luxury Audio to Dealers and end users.
  • Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
  • Effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

  • Capable of handling multiple projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion
  • Responsible for projects that have hard deadlines that must be met.

  • Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively work with all levels of a global matrixed organization

  • Must not only adapt, but must champion new and more efficient methods and techniques to meet the needs of the company

  • Willingness to travel 80% of the time.
  • Willingness to work in a home office.
