About the Role

The Product Marketing Specialist will support the NA marketing team in building out the portfolio of product launch programs and assets for outbound product marketing activities across all Lifestyle consumer products. This role is on the Integrated Marketing team for the Americas and will be a part of a fast-paced, high energy and results-oriented organization. Success requires collaboration across multiple marketing functions as well as with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Region VP/GM. The ability to own an idea and align cross-functional teams as well as Sr Leadership to your vision is critical skillsets.  Results will be measured in product category growth and driving sales for key product categories. 

We’re looking for a strong blend of technical understanding and strategic marketing to adeptly position, message, and drive marketing creativity with a keen focus on solving business challenges and driving product familiarity.

What You Will Do

  • Own and analyze product category data to drive strategic insights and planning for JBL product category managers
  • Own product order management and budget tracking for product seeding initiatives
  • Manage and lead New Product Introduction (NPI) program tracking and go-to-market timelines across JBL consumer product categories
  • Partner with the Category and Product Management teams to execute a cohesive, 360° product launch plan in North America
  • Support the North America Sales team with new product assets to effectively support sell-through in customer r(e)tail channels
  • Partner with the Global Brand Management teams to deliver product messaging and content for outbound marketing in the North American region
  • Manage agency partners on NPI launch support efforts to direct their efforts towards the shared goals of marketing and business growth
  • Partner with the Customer Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to support the sell-in vision and programs that drive retailer interest and demand for products
  • Support product customization initiatives through project management and order tracking
  • Support influencer and product seeding initiatives through project management, order tracking, and program measurement

What You Need

  • 1-3+ years of consumer marketing experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Consumer Electronics experience is a bonus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or business-related field
