Good organization skills, Be able to understand and follow processes, Bilingual (english / spanish) Satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory. Maintain finished goods inventory at target levels in ensure high service Experience with the customer FORD portals. Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries. Experience using MRP / ERP systems (SAP), strong problem solving and analysis skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, knowledge of supply chain processes. Strong negotiation skills. Proficient in MS office applications
