You will join our sales operations team based in Kvistgaard, Denmark in the position of: 

Sales Operations Manager - Nordics

About the Role:

We are searching for an experienced “Business Controller” who will join the EMEA Sales Operations Team as Sales Operations Manager supporting our Nordic countries. You will be in charge of demand planning, budgets, forecasts and target setting, ensure the integrity of reported results, and guide decision-making through meaningful analyses. In this role you will work closely with the Commercial Lead for the region and liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders across different departments.

What You Will Do:

  • Controlling management P&L’s, focused on sales, margin, and marketing cost versus targets, including:

    • Annual budgets + target setting;

    • Monthly + weekly forecasting cycles as well as alignment with stakeholders;

    • Material and account level demand planning;

    • Marketing cost accounting and settlement;

    • Variance analyses + management reporting including sell-out and sell-through analyses.

  • Business advisory role: understand Harman performance, develop plans to improve the financial performance of the business including ROI analysis on business proposals.

  • Pricing:

    • Maintain customer price group structures in SAP;

    • Analyze pricing tactics, recommend improvements;

    • Administer Wholesaler compensation.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Support Audit processes.

  • Initiate and support process improvement projects.

  • Support business development initiatives.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a Business Controlling or Sales Controlling role in an international environment.

  • Proficiency using MS Excel.

  • Experience using ERP and associated reporting systems (e.g. SAP, BI, Qlik) .

  • Fluency in English, additional European languages are a pré.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, good organizational skills, pragmatic mindset.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
