Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

Das Team des Project Support Office ist Teil des Projektmanagements in verschiedenen Infotainmentprojekten für OEMs. Als Change Request Manager sind Sie verantwortlich für die Änderungsanfragen der Kunden.

  • Verantwortung für den Change Request Management-Prozess in den Projekten ggü. dem Projektteam
  • Definition, Anpassung, Setup, Optimierung und Training des CRM-Prozesses
  • Unterstützung des Projektteams bei Prozess- und Tool-Fragen
  • Steuerung der Bearbeitung aller Änderungsanfragen, Abschätzungen, Freigaben und Erstellung der Angebote
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement, Vertrieb, System- und Software-Architekten, Functional Safety Manager, Kunden und Zulieferern
  • Nachverfolgung der CR-Bewertungen des Projektteams
  • Moderieren von internen Abstimmungsrunden zu den CR-Bewertungen
  • Moderieren von internen und externen Control Boards (CCBs)
  • Konsolidieren der Bewertungen der verschiedenen Entwicklungsabteilungen
  • Sicherstellen der Aktualisierung der Kundenanforderungen nach Bestellung eines CRs
  • Erstellung von Statusberichten entsprechend spezifischer Anfragen (intern und extern)

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Engineering, Informatik oder Naturwissenschaften. Master-Abschluss in einem verwandten Bereich von Vorteil.
  • Mindestens 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung in Projektteams (Teamgröße > 30 Projekt- oder Teammitglieder)
  • Erfahrung mit Software-Entwicklungsprojekten und -prozessen
  • Erfahrung und gute Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Software-Tools (JIRA, Confluence, DOORS, Excel, ...)
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Fähigkeit selbständig im Bereich Change Request Management zu arbeiten
  • In der Lage, Themen, Entscheidungen und Eskalationen in heterogenen Teams voranzutreiben
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen zu abstrahieren, um daraus generische und einfache Konzepte als Lösungen abzuleiten
  • Fliesende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Fähigkeit zu analysieren, zu kommunizieren und zu präsentieren
  • Fähigkeit, strukturiert, präzise und belastbar zu arbeiten

Career Path

  1. Engineer

    An entry level role, the degreed Engineer knows and applies basic concepts and techniques of the profession under direct supervision and guidance. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree

  2. Senior Engineer

    A Senior Engineer provides a wider variety of technical support tasks using a combination of advanced engineering principles and techniques. They operate with little guidance/supervision as Subject Matter Experts (SME) in their defined area of specialization. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years’ experience.

  3. Principal Engineer

    Principal Engineers are recognized as an emerging expert. They lead the conceptualization, design, implementation and testing of technologies, tools, or process while consistently demonstrating technical expertise and ingenuity. They demonstrate the ability to plan, define, and execute projects with no supervision. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree + 12 years’ experience.

  4. Senior Principal Engineer

    Recognized as a technical expert, Senior Principal Engineers consistently demonstrate high levels of technical expertise, ingenuity and creativity. They develop and apply advanced technologies, engineering principles, theories and concepts, and have broad knowledge about the design and operation of systems outside of their specialty. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree + 16 years’ experience.

  5. Distinguished Engineer

    A Distinguished Engineer has a strong record of creativity and innovation. They advance engineering principles, theories and concepts, and are recognized as a Company-wide authority in one or more technical areas. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree + 20 years’ experience.

  6. Fellow

    A Fellow is an industry recognized expert with a significant body of peer reviewed research and journal publications and frequently speaks at conferences. Acts as a HARMAN ambassador. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree + 25 years’ experience.

  7. Senior Fellow

    A Senior Fellow is the most accomplished of an elite group of engineers, widely recognized as a World renowned expert in their field of expertise. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree + 30 years’ experience.
