About the Role

This position performs advanced and confidential administrative duties for the VP, Supply Chain Management and his direct reports. This role will work with confidential information on a regular basis and provide high-level administrative support to the VP. This role will also work on various administrative projects as necessary.


What You Will Do

  • Execution, oversight and coordination of all activities in the office of VP, Supply Chain Management
  • VP e-mail monitoring and follow-up
  • Coordinating reviews & Consensus meetings
  • Calendar Management
  • Contact and Database Management
  • Task/follow-up management
  • File management
  • Travel management
  • Expense report preparation / review and approval of expense reports submitted to VP
  • Coordination of all aspects of VP’s business operations. Manage extensive travel and itinerary preparation. Organize and plan complex calendar and executive schedule

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of related experience as an Executive Assistant at a global organization
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality critical
  • Experience working in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
